Employment for Immigrants and Workforce for Companies

International Pointti is a three-year ESR+ project (2024-2027) targeting immigrants and the multiple parties working with them, including service providers, companies, decision-makers, authorities, and city organisation. The project brings all the stakeholders together at one location: International Pointti, Valtakatu 11-13, 94100 Kemi.

We provide employment, education, and integration-related services to clients who have moved to Finland for work, education or family reasons, as well as those who are refugees and receiving international or temporary protection.

We offer open access advice and guidance, including:
– education and job search
– support in the recruitment process
– interpreter services as required for our clients

We support our clients in accessing integration- supporting services that promote their integration, such as social services, housing counseling and education and culture services.

We work closely with associations and different stakeholders, such as the Multicultural Center Mikseri.

Our services are also aimed at companies that are looking for a skilled workforce.

We meet clients together with Pointti’s multidisciplinary network, the Otetta project, and employment and integration services.
